Singapore's casino technology powers retain a premises-only limit
New technology powers should not be confused with approval of a particular product or unrestricted remote access.
Singapore's Ministry of Home Affairs says a second tranche of Casino Control Act amendments took effect on 21 September 2026. GRA can approve gaming software, including on mobile devices, should the need arise. The announcement expressly limits any such approved software to deployment and play within casino premises.
